You can request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving the product only if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product was damaged or leaked during delivery

  • The product is expired or defective on arrival

📦 Used or opened products cannot be returned unless there is a proven defect.

  3. Our support team will review and approve valid requests within 24–48 hours

🔸 Important Notes:

  • No returns accepted for personal reasons like dislike of fragrance, texture, or change of mind

  • Once approved, return shipping (if needed) will be handled by Vakari

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method or eSewa/Khalti within 5–7 working days
