  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, only if the order has not been dispatched.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • Alternatively, you may submit a cancellation request via the Contact Us page on our website.

🔸 Please Note:

  • If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy.

  • Repeated cancellations of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may lead to suspension of COD services for that customer in future.

Kindly inform us as soon as possible for smoother processing. Once dispatched, the cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
